We will message you as soon as your package is dispatched at which point it will be,

The majority of our caps are machine washable, apart from our trucker art caps which are hand wash only. 

All our caps are adjustable and have been tried on by my kids all the way through to trail veterans. 

All orders are processed within 1-2 days for all items that are in stock.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your cap please return it to us unused, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

REST OF WORLD – FREE POSTAGE OVER £120

EUROPE – £8 UNDER £75
WORLDWIDE – £14 UNDER £120

If you live outside of the UK, our international customers may be subject to local customs or import duties that will need to be paid before your items can be delivered to you. 

As these vary by country, including EU countries from 1st January 2021, we aren’t able to predict, or influence, what fees may be applied. Your local customs office should be in touch once your order reaches them to let you know more details. 

Any products returned to us due to refusal to pay local duties and taxes will be refunded after all return shipping and process fees have been deducted from the refund.
