Shipping policy

If you live outside of the UK, our international customers may be subject to local customs or import duties that will need to be paid before your items can be delivered to you. 

As these vary by country, including EU countries from 1st January 2021, we aren’t able to predict, or influence, what fees may be applied. Your local customs office should be in touch once your order reaches them to let you know more details. 

Any products returned to us due to refusal to pay local duties and taxes will be refunded after all return shipping and process fees have been deducted from the refund.
